战略消费者影响:在1972年首次提出价格差异化战略之后,有大量学者开始策略消费者额出现对库存策略产生的影响,并研究对应措施以降低此行为给厂商带来的消极影响。另外,许多学者研究分析了战略消费者的相关模型,通过分析不同因素的影响,以为企业获得更大的利润。

The study of strategic consumer behaviour has attracted increasingly widespread attention. There is also a wealth of research in the relevant literature, and the main ways known to mitigate strategic consumer behaviour are differential pricing, price commitment, limited supply, improved product quality and rapid response. Therefore, in the study of strategic consumer behaviour, the authors have combed through the literature in terms of strategic consumers as well as strategies respectively.

The impact of strategic consumers: After the first price differentiation strategy was introduced in 1972, a large number of scholars began to investigate the impact of the emergence of strategic consumers on inventory strategies and to investigate measures to reduce the negative impact of this behaviour on manufacturers. In addition, many scholars have analysed models of the strategic consumer, analysing the impact of different factors in order to achieve greater profitability for the firm.

Finally, the authors comb through the literature for previous scholarly research on ways to mitigate strategic consumer behaviour such as differential pricing, price promises, limited supply, improved product quality and rapid response. The authors find that most of these strategies are aimed at inventory management or vertical supply chain management for individual sellers, and there is a lack of research on the problem of cooperative gaming among multiple sellers. The authors therefore address this by considering strategic consumer behaviour in an integrated manner in this article to address the problem of cooperative decision making among multiple sellers.

最惠顾客策略:即销售商承诺在一定的时间段内返还产品差价,即未来产品价格下降时,销售商承诺对一定时间内高价购买的消费者赔偿差价。

限量供应策略:即供应商订购数量有限的产品,使战略消费者面临更大的缺货风险,从而使战略消费者提前高价购买产品。

差异化定价:是指以更高售价将产品销售给高预期的消费者,以更低售价销售给低预期的消费者。

Most Favoured Customer strategy: where the seller promises to pay back the difference in product price for a certain period of time, i.e. when the price of the product falls in the future, the seller promises to compensate the difference to consumers who have purchased the product at a higher price for a certain period of time.

Limited supply strategy: where the supplier orders a limited number of products, exposing strategic consumers to a greater risk of out-of-stock, thus causing strategic consumers to purchase the product at a high price in advance.

Differential pricing: This refers to selling the product at a higher selling price to a high expectation consumer and at a lower selling price to a low expectation consumer.
